1. Registration fees are not refundable.
2. NO SLIME, SILLY STRING, POPPERS, OR HAWKING.
3. Vendor vehicle parking at RR Plaza North, enter from Main Street.
4. FIRE PERMIT MANDATORY FOR OPEN FLAME AND FRYER COOKING.
5. Registration includes a 10x10 space, additional spaces may be purchased and exhibitors must provide own weighted tents and tables.
6. Vendor space location will be emailed during the week prior to the event on or before June 8th. Clearly provide email address. No location swapping.
7. Application, payment, Hold Harmless, BOH (food vendors) and Fire Permit (if required) and COI naming Borough of Chatham MUST be received by May 25th.
8. Chatham Borough Director of Community Services and the MyChathamNJ Advisory Committee reserve the right to approve all vendor and exhibitor registration and participation.
9. ALL VENDORS MUST DEPOSIT ALL TRASH IN RR PLAZA SOUTH DUMPSTER.
10. Vendor set up 8-10am, Event time 10am, Break Down no earlier than 4pm
